Chartered in 2024, the Alpha Gamma Chapter is a dynamic collective of professional women committed to leadership, service, and intentional sisterhood in the heart of Boston. Chartered by Sorors Jacqueline Washington, Renee West, and Juliett Howard, the chapter was established with a clear vision to create meaningful impact while fostering growth, connection, and excellence.

Guided by our motto, “We lead, we serve, we bond,” Alpha Gamma stands as a forward-thinking chapter grounded in purpose and collaboration. Since chartering, we have experienced strong interest and engagement, reflecting a growing desire within the community to be part of a sisterhood rooted in service and strategic growth.

Our community work centers on health, wellness, and family support. Signature initiatives include the Founders Day Heart Health Initiative, focused on cardiovascular wellness and education, and collaborative service efforts such as the Omega Psi Phi Food Drive, Cradles to Crayons Toy Drive, and the Annual Pajama Drive with the Boston Bruins, all designed to meet tangible needs across the Greater Boston area.

Alpha Gamma is committed to amplifying its impact through strong partnerships and visibility. Under the leadership of Interim Basileus Jacqueline Washington, the chapter has cultivated media collaborations with BNN BossLady News and iHeartRadio 98.1, ensuring our message of service reaches communities throughout the Commonwealth.

Through ongoing partnerships including #iHeart2Heart Sisters, St. Mary’s Center for Women and Children, and Cradles to Crayons, Alpha Gamma continues to invest in holistic community engagement, mentorship, and advocacy that supports families and strengthens neighborhoods.
