Chartered on August 10, 2022, in South Tampa, Florida, the Epsilon Chapter was chartered by ten trailblazing charter members of the Spring 2022 line, Straight Fire. United by passion and a shared vision to expand the sorority’s footprint in the Tampa Bay region, these women established a chapter rooted in empowerment, intentional service, and lasting impact. Today, Epsilon Chapter stands 17 Sorors strong, guided by the principle of leading with elegance and purpose.
Epsilon Chapter is defined by thoughtful, community-centered service that responds directly to local needs. We believe service should be rooted in listening, compassion, and action, not recognition. Our work reflects a commitment to filling gaps, supporting families, and uplifting individuals with dignity and care.
Our focus areas include women’s wellness, food insecurity, youth support, and senior advocacy. Signature initiatives and partnerships allow us to provide essential resources, encouragement, and education to those navigating hardship throughout the Tampa area. From wellness advocacy and school partnerships to outreach supporting families, seniors, and newborns, Epsilon Chapter approaches service with heart and consistency.
Sisterhood within Epsilon is intentional and affirming. We move with grace, fire, and unity, fostering a culture of mutual respect, accountability, and purpose. This internal alignment strengthens our ability to serve externally with credibility and impact.
Epsilon Chapter represents elegance in action and service with intention. We lead with our hearts, show up with purpose, and remain united in our commitment to meaningful community impact.
