Chartered in 2023 as the organization’s premier virtual chapter, Eta Chapter was created to redefine what sisterhood looks like in a connected world. Designed to unite women called to lead and serve beyond traditional geographic boundaries, Eta proves that true sisterhood is not defined by a zip code, but by shared purpose, commitment, and heart.

Eta Chapter is a diverse collective of dynamic women from across the country, united by a common mission to lead with intention and innovate through connection. We leverage digital platforms to build meaningful, partnership-bound bonds while demonstrating excellence in service, leadership, and engagement across state lines.

Our mission is rooted in service without borders. Eta Chapter uses technology to amplify impact, focusing on the mental health and overall well-being of women of color regardless of location. Through virtual programming, national advocacy, and intentional digital engagement, we create access to resources, education, and community where physical chapters may not yet exist.

Signature initiatives include national virtual masterclasses, wellness-focused webinars, digital recruitment experiences, and immersive online retreats designed for bonding, strategy, and renewal. Eta Chapter also leads remote service efforts such as national digital mentorship, crisis hotline support, and nationwide awareness campaigns that elevate social justice and health equity issues.

Looking ahead, Eta Chapter is committed to expanding its national reach through innovative programming, including a Virtual Domestic Violence Advocacy Initiative designed to provide resources, education, and safe spaces for survivors across the United States.
