Chartered on April 1, 2024, the Omega Chapter was established as a powerful extension of sisterhood in Houston, rooted in leadership, service, and community impact. Emerging from the rich legacy of Texas growth, Omega was created to deepen engagement across the Bayou City and provide a dedicated space for women committed to excellence and intentional service.
The Omega Chapter is built by dynamic women whose collective experiences and perspectives reflect the diversity and resilience of Houston itself. Often described as a “pot of gumbo,” our chapter embraces inclusivity while addressing a wide range of community needs with care, creativity, and consistency.
Our mission centers on empowering underserved neighborhoods through education, advocacy, and strategic partnerships. A primary focus of our work is combating food insecurity, supported by continuous outreach efforts, educational programming, and collaborations with local organizations. Financial literacy, leadership development, and community visibility also remain key pillars of our impact.
Signature traditions and initiatives anchor our presence in the community. From sustainability-focused efforts and seasonal family support to health advocacy and internal celebrations of sisterhood, Omega Chapter balances meaningful service with strong chapter culture. These traditions reinforce our commitment to showing up with purpose while honoring the bonds that unite us.
The Omega Chapter continues to gain visibility through high-impact fundraising, advocacy partnerships, and citywide engagement. Our participation in collaborative service initiatives and recognition for outstanding community contributions reflect a growing legacy of leadership and trust within Houston.
The Omega Chapter represents strength, inclusivity, and lasting impact. We are grounded in service, bold in vision, and committed to leaving an indelible mark on our community.
