Omicron Chapter- Nashville, TN

Chartered in June 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee, the Omicron Chapter was chartered by a group of determined women who believed their community deserved more and committed themselves to being the change they wished to see. Built on service, purpose, and the power of true sisterhood, Omicron Chapter continues to uplift, empower, and lead with heart throughout Middle Tennessee.

Omicron Chapter is defined by compassion in action. We believe meaningful service requires active listening, consistent presence, and a willingness to meet people where they are. Guided by the philosophy of filling the void, our chapter focuses on addressing immediate needs while advocating for long-term community wellness and stability.

Our work centers on homelessness support, food insecurity, youth education, and family advocacy. Through year-round partnerships and signature outreach initiatives, Omicron Chapter provides essential resources such as personal care items, food assistance, and school supplies, ensuring individuals and families can move forward with dignity and confidence.

Sisterhood within Omicron is intentional and strengthening. Through empowerment gatherings and internal connection, we foster unity that fuels our collective impact and sustains our commitment to service.

Omicron Chapter’s dedication has earned recognition for excellence and impact, including the Outstanding Service Group Award from ENP and engagement with local leadership to support sustainable housing initiatives for the unhoused. Our continued growth reflects a chapter rooted in accountability, collaboration, and measurable results.
