Theta Chapter- Orlando, FL

Chartered on June 19, 2022, the Theta Chapter established its home in Orlando, Florida, with a foundation built on vision, purpose, and transformational leadership. Chartered by four visionary charter members, Theta was spiritually marked by the line name “5th Element,” a milestone that reflects the chapter’s commitment to resilience, integrity, and royal strength.

Theta Chapter is guided by the belief that leadership is most powerful when it creates access, opportunity, and lasting change. Our sisterhood is rooted in loyalty to one another and to the communities we serve, with a clear focus on building legacies that extend beyond the present moment.

At the heart of Theta’s work is our signature initiative, Phoenix Rising, a comprehensive program dedicated to equipping middle and high school girls with the tools they need to thrive academically and personally. Through consistent engagement and practical skill-building, Phoenix Rising focuses on self-esteem, self-advocacy, financial literacy, college preparedness, and the creation of strong support systems. The program’s rapid growth reflects a deep community need and the chapter’s ability to meet it with intention and care.

Theta Chapter’s broader service footprint includes financial literacy education, community resource connection, and collaborative outreach with trusted local partners. Through these efforts, we work to fill the void by providing essential resources, fostering wellness, and offering hope to families and individuals across Orlando.

The chapter’s impact has been recognized citywide, including a Mayoral Proclamation from the City of Orlando honoring Theta’s flagship Midday Mingle, a signature gathering that has become a meaningful space for connection, inspiration, and empowerment among women in the community.
